Reflexion Pilates Studio in West Seattle

Reflexion Pilates has moved!!

On April 1, 2008, we moved to our new location at 2735 Calfornia Ave SW #1B, just 1 block north of PCC in West Seattle. 

 We specialize in small group mat and reformer classes so you can get the most from your session. You will never have more than 7 people in any class!

Our studio has 6 reformer machines, a Cadillac, and a stability chair. Our excellent instructors are always striving to challenge their clients. We enjoy introducing new Pilates exercise programs through workshops several times a year.
